31,206 young people from our region registered online to participate in the 2021 competition season. From December 27 to 29, registration for participants in age categories 10-14, 15-19, and 20-30 from all cities and districts in our region took place. 73 book lovers successfully completed the qualifying stages via electronic testing and participated in the regional competition.

The event also featured about 500 film professionals, including actors, actresses, directors, and camera operators, as well as producers, film reviewers, and film critics.

Famous pop stars attended the opening ceremony, along with theatrical performances specially prepared for the event.
